I haven't tried everything on the menu, but generally I dig this place. Even my mom, a hard-core meat-eater, liked it (that doesn't mean your mom definitely will though.)

LOVE the Cobb Salad (it's huge), Notcho/Mexican Plate, and Sweet Chili Burger. The Soul Food Plate is awesome too but I prefer a side salad over green beans. Friendly staff, clean, airy space with upbeat music and free wifi. Perfect portion sizes. Yummy desserts, when they have 'em.

Food isn't always HOT. Their website says they close at 9 but it's actually 8 (winter hours?) I think the caesar salad is gross (mustardy with way too many croutons) and the plantain burger was dry. It would be amazing if they had a soup of the day.
Overall: a must-eat for Burlington veg*ns & friends :)

- Welcome! I'm Sophia, a writer and young agriculturalist from Vermont with a scientific, beyond-organic approach to food production + landscape design. I graduated from the University of Vermont in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology + Farm Systems, and have worked in organic agriculture in many capacities before + since.
