I love pizza as much as any cheese-eater, and American Flatbread is definitely good pizza.

They take money off the price off your pizza when you say "no cheese please". Yummy toppings like caramelized onions, arugula and kalamata olives. Good place to bring your non-vegan friends.

Sometimes they forget to tell the chef "no cheese" and you end up eating when everyone else is finished. But they don't mind, because they get to take home free pizza. There aren't any toppings with PROTEIN! Hopefully they at least get nuts. I would love to see some locally made seitan or tofu on the menu though. Also, the place is usually packed so be prepared to wait (especially on Mondays when everything else is closed).
